How it works

Three simple steps

From curious to informed, at your own pace.

  1. Tell us what interests you

Share your name, contact details, ZIP code, and the health topics you'd like to learn about. It takes about two minutes.

  2. Choose how to hear from us

Pick email, text messages, or both. Text opt-ins are optional, separate, and unchecked by default.

  3. Hear about opportunities

When a study may be relevant to you, we'll let you know. You decide whether to learn more. You can stop anytime.

Why research matters

Every health advance starts with volunteers

Clinical research is how researchers learn more about health and how to care for people. Studies need volunteers from all kinds of backgrounds and communities, and people are more likely to take part when they understand what's involved.

Kivadu exists to make that first step easier: clear information, a simple way to say "keep me posted," and full control over how you're contacted.

  • We explain, you decide
  • No medical claims or promises of results
  • Opt out of texts or emails whenever you want

Is Kivadu a medical provider?

No. Kivadu does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and nothing we send is a substitute for talking with your own doctor or health care professional. In an emergency, call 911.

Does it cost anything?

No. Signing up with Kivadu is free. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply if you choose to receive text messages.

Is taking part in research required?

Never. Learning about a study does not obligate you to join one. Participation in any study is voluntary, and you can say no or change your mind at any time.

What happens after I submit the form?

You'll see a confirmation and receive an email. If you chose text messages, we'll also send a welcome text. Later, you may hear about research opportunities that match the interest area and ZIP code you gave us.
